AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 35 . 105 OF THE GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF CAPE GIRARDEAU RELATING TO YIELD SIGNS
BY AUTHORIZING THE PLACING OF ADDITIONAL YIELD SIGNS
AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Section 35 . 105 of the General Ordinances of Cape
Girardeau is hereby amended by adding to Schedule "K" of said section
the following :
Ellis and Linden , signs on Linden
Merriwether and Hanover , signs on Merriwether
Ranney and College , signs on College
Spring and Bessie , signs on Bessie
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
