SECTIOI� 1 . That the grade as hereinafter descri�ed shal�,
be the grade for the center of Spring Avenue, from a point 10 feet
south of the center of Bessie Street, north, a distance of 660
fee�, and is with reference to Mean Sea Level.
S�,CTIGN 2. Begin at a point 10 feat south of the center of
Bessie Street with ar. elevation of 3b8.80; thence north a distance
of 30 feat to an elevation of 368.5; thence with a d�acending grade
of 1 .25 � a distance of 8 0 feet to an. elevation of 367.50; thence
with an ascending grade of 0.50 � a distance of 500 feet to an
elevation of 370.00; thenee with a vertical eurve a distance oi
5U feet to an elevation of 370.39.
SECTIO�I 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
