AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI LUi�IBER COMPANY' S SUBDIVISION, A
PART OF LOT 15 AND ALL OF LOT 16 , BLOCK "'G" ,
CA PAHA GARDENS , U . S . P. SURVEY 3091 IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU , iViISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FO]LLOWS :
Section l ; That the plat of the Southeast Missouri Lumber
Company ' s Subdivision , a part of Lot 15 and all of Lot 16 , Block "G" ,
Capaha Gardens , U. S . P. Survey 3091 , in the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , as shown on the original plat of said subdivision , dated the
15th day of April , 1963 , which plat was filed with the City Clerk and
the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted
and approved .
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by
A. D. Price , Secretary—Treasurer of Southeast Missouri Lumber Company ,
a Niissouri Corporation , and acknowledged before a notary public on the
15th day of April , 1963 , the approval of the City Council , attested by
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
