adopted.

ie h�reby autharized to proeesd rrith the co�atreletion of said san3tary eeti»rs
ia Sexer District No. 12-x, a�xb3ect to th� following corrditions:
1. That the Riv�erside Land and IYivestment Company shall Ftu�niah the Citp
satisYactory evidence that the contr�ctor it may retaia for the purpoae of
constrticting said system of se�ers ahail carry proper ins�arance in aa amaant
a�s �ay be required by the City, aad �hs11 in aLl thinga conYorm to all af the
requirements cf thm standard apeci.Picatiana aa found in the apecifiaation�a for
�e�rer Dimtrict No. 12-V, oa file in the office cf the City Clerk.
That the Rivermide Iand and Inveaetmeut Co�pax�y mhall reqvire all wa>rk of
conmtructiea be inspscted by the forces of the City �loy�d �or auch purpoa��
a� that aaid �rk ehall �eet the spprovsl of the I�Li�aouri Water Pollution
Board on its eompletion. Thm cost cc��it the inapection ehall be paid tc th� City
upon the eempletion vf the work. That the coat of th� plana and specificationa
