SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
of the center of Albert Street, f rom the center of College Street to the
center of Brink Avenue, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with
reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement on the center of
College Street with an elevation of 390.98; thence south a distsnce of 3U.1
feet to an elevation of 39�.k5 at the end of the existing concrete pa.vement
at the south side of College Street; theizce with a descending grade of 3.85�
a distance of 244.3 feet to an elevation of 3g1 .04 at the north side of the
existing concrete pavement on Montgomery Street; thence with said pavement a
distance of 6U.3 feet to the south end of said pavement and an elevation of
379.91 ; thence with a descendir,g grade of 2.U7� a distance of 1k0.3 feet to
an e:Levation of 377.00; thence with a vertical curve a distance of 50 feet to
an elevatior. of 376.23; thence with a descending grade of 0.6� a distance of
55 feet to an elenation of 376.�0 at the c;enter of Brink Avenue.
SEC'TIG�N 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
