AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF ALMA SCHRADER
SUBDIVISION , A RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF
"SUBURBAN HEIGHTS" A PART OF U . S . P. SURVEY N0 .
2198 AND PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 25 , TOWN-
SHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section l . That the plat of Alma Schrader Subdivision, a resub-
r�ivision of a part of "Suburban Heights" , a part of U. S . P. Survey No .
2198 and part of Fractional Section 25 , Township 31 North, Range 13
East in the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , as shown on the original
plat of said subdivision , dated the 5th day of November , 1963 , which
plat was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined
and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by
Wm. J. Kies , Jr . , President of Riverside Land and Investment Company
on the 5th day of November, 1963 , the approval of the City Council ,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
