EXISTING CONGRETE PAVEME�iT ON LYNNWOOD DRIVE, AS SAID DRIVE EXISTS EAST OF
LAVID STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.��RDE�iU, MISSOURI.

SECTI�Ai 1 . That the grade as hereinafter de�cribed shall be the grade
of the center of David Street frcm the north edge of the existing concrete
pavement on A�arvin Street to the north adge of the e�cisting concrete pavement
on Lynnwood Drive, as said drive exists east of I?avid Street, in the City af'
Cape Girardeau, t�iissouri, and is with reference to A:ean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the north edge of the existing concrete pavement
on Aiarvin Street, which point for the purpose of this description shall be
known as Station 0+00, with an elevation of 466.34; thence north with a
vertical curve to an elevation of 1+70.45; thence with an ascending grade of
9.g2 � to an elevation of 47k.3g at Sta. 1+00; thence with a vertical ctarve
to an elevation of 1�8U.27 at Sta. 2+00; thence with an ascending grade of
1 .97 � to an elevation of 1�82.34 at the south end of the existing ccncrete
pavement on Masters Drive at Sta. 3+04; thence to an elevation of l�g3.S1 at
the north end of the existing concrete pavement on Master9 Drive at Sta.
3+61 ; thence with an ascending grade of 2.05 � to an elevation of 4g3•9U
at Sta. 3+8U; tnence with a vertical curve to an elevatior. of 485.29 at
Sta. 1�+20; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 4�g.22 at Sta.
y+20; thence with an ascending grade of 0.95� to an elevation of 488.8b at
Sta. �+87; thence to an elevation of l�89.22 at Station 6+2k.7 at the center
line of Albert Rasche Drive; thence to an elevation of 4&9.00 at Sta. 6+58;
thence with a descending grade of 0.66� to an elevation of 4g�.59 at Sta.
7+2Q; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of k$2.93 at Sta. $+20;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 479•53 at Sta. 8+80; thence
to an elevation of 479.51 at Sta. 8+82.7 at the south end; of the existing
concrete pavem�nt on Iynnwood Drive, as said drive exists east of Da.vid
Street.
SECTION 3• That any ordinance or pa.rts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall tal:e effect and be i.n full
force from and after 10 days following its assage and agproval.
