AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C, SECTION 26.-212
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIR.ARDEAU R.ELATING TO 5TOP 5IGN5
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. Schedule C, Section 26-212 of the Code of Ordinances�
of the City of Cape Girardeau is hereby amended by the elimination therefrom
of the stop sign on Louisiana 5treet at the intersection of Whitener Street,
facing north, and the stop sign on Louisiana Street at the intersection with
Whitener Street, facing south, and said schedule is further amended by
the addition thereto of "Whitener Street at the intersection of Louisiana,
facing east and west".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 20th day of December, 1967.
