AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FROM HOWA.R.D
C. KINDER AND BONNIE L. KINDER AND CLEM C. KINDER AND
LOUISE D. KINDER, FOR KAGE HILLS DRNE
WHEREAS, Howard C. Kinder and Bonnie L. Kinder and Clem C,
Kinder and Louise D. Kinder have executed Quit Claim Deeds dated
November 28th, 1967, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
portions of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, as more fully
described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the city desires to accept
such deeds and have them recorded, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts
a Quit Claim Deed, dated November 28, 1967, executed by Howard C. Kinder
and Bonnie L. Kinder, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, the following described real estate located in the city and county
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
An easement for right of way for Ka.ge Hills Drive, located in
the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26,
Township 31 IVorth, Range 13 East, d�:ecribed as follows:
Start at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of said Section 26; thence North, 730. 0 feet;
thence East, 311. 4 feet for the point of beginning; thence continue
East, 70. 6 feet; thence S. 20° 16' W. , 203. 8 feet; thence North,
191. 2 feet to the point of beginning.
and it is ordered that said deed be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri,
SECTION 2, The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts
a S2uit Claim Deed, dated November 28, 1967, from Clem C. Kinder and
Louise D. Kinder, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Mo. ,
the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Mi�uri:

as follows:

SECTION 3. The land conveyed by deeds described in Sections 1 and
2 is hereby designated as Kage Hills Drive.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
