SECTIGN 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described sl�ll be the grade
of the center of �a�roodlawn Avenue, from Ferr,� Avenue to Penny Avenue, and is
with reference to Nean .Sea Leve1.
SECTION 2. Begin at the west edge of the existing cor�crete pavement
on Perry Avenue, 12.5 feet north of the south line of Lot 12, d�dalker's
Subdivision of Outlot 6U, U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, extended, which pa,�' t
for the purpose of this description shall be known as Station 0-12, with
an elevation of 409.U�; thence west, with an ascer.ding �rade of 3.50 pe�
cent to an elevation of 1�10.38 at Station Q+2/5"; thence ;�rith a vertical '
curve to an elevation of 410.54 at Station 0+75; thence with a descending
grade of 2.$3 per cent to an elevation of 407.00 at Station 2+00; thence
with a descending grade of 3.33 per cent to an elevation of r�02.00 at
Stat�on 1+02.00 at Station 3f50; thence with a descending grade of 1�.�6 per
cent to an elevation of 393-.50 at Station 5+25; thence with a descending grade
of 7.55 per cent to an elevation of 389.35 at Station 5+80; thence with �.
vertical curve to an elevatior. of 3S8.b0 at the edge of the existing
concrete pavement on Penny Avenue, at Station 6+01 .
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 10 days fcllowing its passage and approval.
