CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO, 199
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE "F", SECTION 26-115 (A)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
RELATING TO NO PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Schedule "F" of Section 26.•115 (A} of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following;
"The South side of Broadway 5treet at the west line of the inter..
section of Henderson Street extended, 75 feet west. "
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
