AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE "G", SECTION 26»116 (A)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
RELATING TO LIMITED PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU,
as follows:
SEGTION 1. Schedule "G" of Section 26•.116 (A) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau is amended by the addition thereto of the following:
"The South side of Independence Street at the point of intersection
of the west right-of»way line with Fountain Street, west a distance
of 45 feet from 2:30 P. M, to 4:00 P. M, on weekdays, except for
school buses operated for and on behalf of the public schools of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri. "
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval,
Passed and approved the bth day of December, 1967.
