S. P. SURVEY NO. 2199, TO CLASS "D" APARTMENT DISTRICT W HEREAS, The C ity Planning and Z oning C ommi s s ion ha s r ec ommended that all of the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance should be re- zoned to Class " D" Apartment District, and WHEREAS, Public notice of such change in zoning was given as pre•. scribed in Chapter 25 of the General Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau and public hearing was held in conformity with such notice on November 22, 1967, such hearing having been continued from November 15, 1967 to November 22, 1967, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, as follows: SECTION 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended to change the boundary of the present Class "D" Apartment District so as to include the following described property: Part of Outlot No, 36 of Survey No. 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south boundary line of the Southeast Missouri State Teachers College property, as per deed recorded in Book 53 at pages 278 and 279, with the west line of North Sprigg Street in said City, and run South 8° 0' West, along the west line of Sprigg 5treet, 247. ? feet; thence North 82° 0' West, 183. 0 feet for the point of begin- ning; thence continue North 82° 0' West, 253. 2 feet to a corner; thence North 8° 0' East, 271, 0 feet for a corner; thence South 78° 56' East, 253. 7 feet for a corner; thence South 8° 0' West parallel to and 183 feet west of the west line of North Sprigg Street, 257. 5 feet for the point of beginning.
