CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. 196
AN ORDINANCE GR.ANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME
TO DONALD TIEHLE TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENT
OF WAYNE STREET
WHEREAS, by contract duly authorized by ordinance, Donald
Tiehle agreed with the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri to improve
that part of Wayne Street from West End Boulevard to Henderson Avenue,
and to complete said improvement within 90 calendar days from September
19th, 1967, and
WHEREAS, due to inability to work o�n account of weather
c ondition s and othe r c ity wo rk, and
WHEREA5, said contractor has requested the City Council
to grant him an additional extension of time until June 1, 1968 within
which to complete said improvement,
NOW, THEREFOR,E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.A.RDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1, That Donald Tiehle, contractor for the improvement
of Wayne Street from West End Boulevard to Henderson Av�ue, is hereby
given an extension of time until June 1, 1968, within which to complete
said improvement with the City.
SECTION 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed,
5ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
