AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16-17 CJF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, RELA.TING TO OPERATING HOURS
FOR BARBER AND BEAUTY SHOPS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIR.ARDEAU, MI5SOUR1, as follows:
SECTION 1, Section 16-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by deleting from the
first line of such ordinance the following words:
"Beauty shop or School of Beauty operators"
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds that the public
health and welfare necessitates the immediate passage and approval
of this ordinance.
