AN ORDINANCE DIR.ECTING THE CITY TO LEA5E THE
NATATORIUM OWNED BY MA.RQUETTE CEMENT MANU-
FACTURING COMPANY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1, The Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau is
hereby directed to enter into a lease for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, leasing the Marquette Natatorium and surrounding
adjacent real property from November l, 1967 to October 31, 1969,
for the consideration of maintaining said natatorium and adjacent
grounds by the City of Cape Girardeau during the term of the lease,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its pas sage and approval,
Passed and approved this lst day of November, 1967.
