AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F, SECTION 26-115 OF THE
CODE OF ORDiNANCES RELATING TO NO PARKING ON BROADWAY
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. That Schedule F, Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to no
parking, is hereby amended by adding to said schedule:
"No parking on either side of Broadway Street from
the intersection of Broadway Street with U. S. Highway
61 East to the West side of the intersection of Broadway
Street and Park Street. "
SECTION 2. This ordinance sha.11 be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 18th day of October, 1967.
