AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, BY ADDING THERETO CERTAIN PROVISIONS
CONCERNING NON-INTOXICATING BEER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. Ghapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition thereto
of Section 5-34, as follows:
"Section 5-34. The foregoing provisions of Chapter 5 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, shall apply
in all respects to manufacturers, distillers, wholesalers,
distributors and retailers of non-intoxicating beer, which for
the purposes of said chapter is defined as alcohol for beverage
purposes, alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, fermented, malt or
other liquors or combination of liquors, a part of which is
spirituous, vinous, fermented, and all preparations or mixture
for beverage purposes containing 3. 2% of alcohol or less by
weight.
SECTION 2. This ordinance sha11 be in fu11 force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval,
