UJHER�, additional territory ha.s been annexed to the corporate limits of
the City of Cape Girardeau� i��issouri� and such terri�ory will require the
extension of sewer facilities.

in said annexed territory as required by law,
Be it orclained by the Council of the Gity of Gape Girardeau, ��iisso�uri, as
follows:
SECTIOT�T 1 T�.-� Cc��i.ssion Form Ordi�ance No. 1g1,.2, pa,ssed and approved on
the 25th day of August, 195$, shall be arc�ended by the addition of two new
sections, namely� Seetion 13A and Section 13B, hereina.fter described as follows:
SE�TIO� 13A That territory in the �ity of Cape Girardeau� 1�?issouri,
included within the following boundaxies shall �e Sewer I3istrict I`do. 1/� of said
�ity� to-�rit:
Begin at a point oxi the East right-of-way line of Interstate Route I-55,
said point being at right angles to Station 1021 + 67 on the center line median
af said highway, said point also being 500 feet North of and measured at right
angles, fro�n the East bound lane of U,S, Route r3o. b1; �hence on a line paa^allel
�to 'and 500 £eet f'rom said center line of the Ea,st bound lane of said U.S� Raufi.e
1`do. 61 to the end of said Ea,st bound lane; thence continuing �astwardly, on a
line parallel to and 500 feet �Iorth of the center line of U.S. Route No. 61 to
the 3outh line of Section 23, 'I�ap. 31 N., Rg. 13E; thence F.'ast with the South
line of said Section 23 to -�he West ri�ht-of-way line of 1�'issauri Stat,e Rou-te W;
thenee Northerly anc F�stwardly wi.th said West and. North righ-t-of_way line to
the IvTorth line of Section 23; thenc� E�.st with the ilorth line of Section 23 and
the Pdorth line of U.S,P. Surve�r �vTo. 2198 -to the �v�ortheast corner of said Survey
Pdo. 2198; thence South with the Ea.st line of said Survey 21g� -�o the corporate
limits of the City o�' Cape Giraxdeau, t°'issouri� as same were est�.blished in
195�; thence Trdest and South along the said corporate limits of 1958, to its
intersection with the Ptorth right-of-�ra,y line of the St. Lauis and S, F�
Ra.ilroad, at the Southern ek~tremity of said City; therzce West alvn� the IvTorth
right,-of-way line of said railroad to its intersection wi.th the East right-of-
wa.y Zine of Tnterstate Route I-55; thence in a Northwest direction along the
East right-of-way line of Interstate �?oute I-55 to the point of beginning.
SECTION 13B Tha.t territory i.n the C;ty of Ca,pe G3,rardeau, r`�issouri�
included �r.i.thin the following i�oundaries shall be Se�aer District Pdo. 15� to-wit:
Begin at the intersection of the �Tort;h corporate lim:its of the Cit,y of Cape
Girardeau� Y��.ssouri� as established in 195�, and the ��est right-of-w�.y line of
P�3ssouri State Route V; thence ��ortherly and F.�,stwardly with said West right-of-
way line to the point o�' intersection w:ith the Ea.s-t right--of-wa.y linc� of CApe
Rock Drive� extended; thence 5outh �.th said :�a.s� ri�;h�t-of-tJa� line of Cape Rock
Drive to the center of Juden Creek; thence with the cer�ter of' s�.id Greek to the
low �ttater mark of the Iti'ississippi River; thence in a South�rest c�irection along
the West ba�k of' the i��iississippi River to its intersection �,rith the Idorth cor-
porate limits of the City of Cape �r3 rardeau, r�'issouri, as same were es-�ablished
in 195g; thence Westwardly and I�orthwardly along said 1958 corporate limits ta
the point of be�inning.
SECTIOII 2 That thig ordinance shall take affect and be in full force from
and after ten (10) da.�s following its passage and approva7..
