AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF THE EARLEY
5UBDTVISION, A PART OF TRACT NO. 8 OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR THE KLAGES HEZRS OF A PART OF OUTLOT 77, USP
SURYEY NUMBER 2199, ZN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOUR I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MTSSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plat af the Earley Subdivision, a part of
Tract No. 8 of a subdivision far the Klages heirs of a part of Outlot 77,
U. S. P. Survcy 2199 in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown in
the original plat of said subdivision, dated June 27th, 1967, which plat was
filed with the City Clerk and examined and approved by her, is hereby
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by Robert
J. Earley, Naomi Earley, Don D. Caldwell, Charline Caldwell, Melvin L.
Wagner and Dorothy A. Wagner, on June 27th, 1967, the approval of the City
,
Council, attested by the a�al of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance sha.11 be in full force and effcct ten days
after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 16th day of August, 1967.
