AN' ORDINANCE DTRECTING THE OFFICTALS OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
DELTA .t�SPHALT, INC. FOR THE 1967 STREET RESURFAC-
ING PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF GAPE GIRARDEAU, MO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAPE
GIRARDEAU, as follows:
SECTION 1. The proper officers of the C�y of Cape Girardeau
are directed to enter into an agreement with Delta Asphalt, Inc. , a
corporation of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for the resurfacing with
asphaltic concrete of the streets herein listed, all in accordance with
plans, specifications and esti:�ates of cost now on file in the office of
the City �lerk, for the unit prices set out in said contract and in accordance
with the terms of said contract, which is labeled Exhibit A, atta.ched hereto
and made a part hereof as though fully incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance sha.11 be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
