AN ORDINANCE ANLENDING SECTION 30. 9 RELATING TO ZOIVING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
as follaws:
SECTION 1. 'rhat portion of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape
Girardeau, in Section 30. 9 beginning with the faurth word in aaid section
and reading as follows: "On the first regular meeting date in January, April ,
July and October of each calendar year" is hereby deleted and that quoted portion
of Section 30. 9 is eliminated from said section.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after
its passage and approval.
