AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF SF�rdEft �iISTr�ICT
N0. 12-JJ, A SUBDIVISION OF SE`rTER DISTRICT N0. 12, IN THE CITY
OF GAPE GIRARDr�AU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOUftI, AS FOLLO�TS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries as hereinafter described shall be
the boundaries of Sewer District No. 12-JJ, a subdivision of Sewer
Diatrict No. 12, as the latter is described in Commission Form
Ordinance No. 1942, passed and approved on the 25th day of August,
195g, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2. Part of Fractional Section 25, and part of U. S. P.
Survey No. 2198, Township 31 North, Range 13 E�st, i� the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Nlissouri, described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 1 , Block 4, Weissinger's
Subdivision; thence in a southwesterly direction alon� the north
line of said Block 4 to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 5,
Hillbrook Subdivision; thence west, parallel and 125 feet north of
the north line of Sherwood I�rive to the east line of Block �2, Alma
Schrader Stiibdivision; thence north along said east line of Block 8,
to the southwest corner of Lot 10, Westwood Subdivision; thence east
along the south line of said Lot 10, to the southeast corner of said
Lot 10; thence north along the east line of Lots 10 and 9, Wastwood
�,ibdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence west along
the north line of said Lot 9, to the northwest corner of said Lot 9,
same being also the southwest corner of Lot 1 , Block 1 , Hillbrook
S�.ibdivision; thence north along the west line of said Lot 1, to the
northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence northeasterl� along the
north line of Block 1 , Hillbrook Subdivision to the west line of
Block 3, Wei��inger Subdivision; thence south along the west line
of Block 3, Weissinger Subdivision to the extreme east corner of
Lot 3, Block 2, Hillbrook S�zbdivision; thence southw�ester�y along
the south line of Lot 3, Block 2, Hillbrook Subdivision to the
southwest corner of said Lot 3, Block 2; thence southw�esterly to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 10 days following its passage and approvel.
