CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE N0. ���—
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF CGLLEGE STREET FROM THE
EXISTING CONCRETE PAVEMENT AT THE EAST SIDE OF WEST END BOULEVARD TO
THE CENTER OF HENDERS011 AVENUE IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDE�U, MISSOURI.
BE IT GRDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLL04+IS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
for the center of College S�treet, from the existing concrete pavement at the
east side of '�Test End Boulevard to the center of Henderson Avenue, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement at the east side
of West End Boulevard, which point is 33 feet east of the center of West
End Boulevard, and for the purpose of this description shall be known as
Station 0+33, with an elevation of 3gk.77; thence east to an elevation of
384.69 at Station �1�0; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of
3g2.27 at Station U+-80; thence with a descendin� grade of 10.28 per cent
to an elevation of 377.14 at Station �+30; thence with a vertical curve
to an elevation of 371 .32 at Station 'ti�+30; thence with a descending grade
of 1 .37 per cent to an elevation of 364.80 at Station 7+�5.8 at the
ccnter of Henderson Avenue.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 1U days follawing its passage and approval.
