AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GFiADE OF AD' ALLEY HE`!'WF�1
SPRIGG STFtEET AND FREDERICK STRF�;T, FROM BELLEVtTE STRE�,'T TO
NOHTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF CA,PE GIRARDEAU, MISSOUftI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRAP�DEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center line of an alley between �rigg �treet
and Frederick Street, from Bellevue Street to North Street,
in the City of Cape Girardeau, 1�Lissouri, and is with reference
to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the north line of Bellevue Street xith an
elevation of 1+26.80; thence north with a vertical curve a
distance of 100 feet to an elevation of 428.70; thence tith
an ascending grade of 0.60 per cent a distance of 250 feet to
an elevation of 430.2Q; thence with an ascending grade of 3.04
per cent a distance of 115 feet to an elevation of 433•70 at
the south line of North Street.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after 10 days following its passage and
approval.
