AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM GRACE METHODIST CHURCH OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MIS50UR I
WHEREA5, Grace Methodist Church of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
has executed a General Warranty Deed, dated May 24, 1967, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the North 30 feet of Lot 34, and
the East 120 feet of Lot 33, in Range B in the City of Cape Girardeau, and
all improvements located thereon in connection with a Contract of Sale
entered into between such church and the City of Cape �irardeau, and the
city desires to accept such deed and have same recorded,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GTRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts
a General Warranty Deed, dated May 24, 1967, executed by Grace Methodist
Church of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri the following described real estate located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
All of the North 30 feet of Lot 34, and all of the East 120 feet
of Lot 33, all in Range B in the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri, together with any and all im-
provements located thereon.
and it is ordered that said Deed be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 5th day of July, 1967.
