AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF HILDALE ESTATES
5ECOND SUBDIVISION, A PART OF LOT 3 OF A SUBDIVISION OF
THE PART OF OUTLOT 78-A, USP SURVEY 2199, TOWN5HIP 31
NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,MO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, As follows:
SECTION 1. That the Plat o£ Hildale Estates Second Subdivision,
a part of Lot 3 of a subdivision of the Part of Outlot 78-A, U.S. P. 5urvey
2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as shown in the original plat of said subdivision, dated June 1,
1967, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer and ex-
amined and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
ta endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by L. H.
Landgraf Real Estate Co. an June 1, 1967, the approval of the City Council
attested by the Seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Misso�i.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
(10) days after its passage and approval.
