AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF HILLBROOK SUB-
DIVISION, A SUBDYVISION OF A PART OF U. S. P. Si�R VE Y NO,
2198, AND FRACTIONAL 5ECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH,
RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CTTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED B Y T HE COUNCIL OF T HE CIT Y OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, as follows:
SECTION 1. Tha.t the plat of Hillbrook Subdivisiona a subdivision
of a part of U. S. P. Survey No. 2198, and Fractional Section 25, Townahip
31 North, Range 13 East, in the City of Cape Girardeaua Missouri, as
shown in the original plat of said subdivision, dated May 22, 1967, which
plat was filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer and examined and
approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authQrized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by Roland
P. Weissinger and Katherine F. Weissinger and 5tova1l and Williams
Development Company on May 22, 1967, the appraval af the City Council,
atteated by the Seal af the City of Cape Girardeau, Misscsuri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 21st day of Maya 1967.
