AN �RDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GP�ADE OF WAYNE STREET FROM WEST
E�D BOULEVARD TO HENDERSON AVENtTr, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE CITY OF CAPE GIftAR1�AU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
S'ECTION 1 . That the grade ae hereinaYter described shall be the grade
Yor the center of the pave�nt on Wayne Street, �rom the center of' West
End Boulevard to the w�est side of the existing concrete pavement on
Henderson Aeenue, in the City of Cape Girardesu, Missouri, and i� with
reference to Mean Sea I,ev�el.
SECTION 2. Begin at the center of West End Bc•alevard, which point for
the purpo9e of this description shall be kno�rn as Statimn 0+00, with an
elevation of 401�.5�; thence east, to an elevation of 4U4.2U at S'tation
0+20; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation oY 402.02 at Station
0+80; thence with � descending grade of 5.75 per cent to an elevation of
400.88 at Station 1+00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of
396.50 at Station 2+00; thence with a descending grade of 3.00 per cent
to an elevation o�' 3g9•00 at StaLion 4+50; thence with a vertical c�trve
to an elevation of 386.92 at Station 5+50; thence to an elevation of
386.74 at Station 5+65; thence ivi.th an ascending grade of 1 .()() per cent
387.09 at Station 6+00; thence with a descending grade of 1 .00 per cent
to an elavation of 386.33 at 5`�ation 6+76.2 at the existing con�te
pavement at the west side of Henderaon Av�nue.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following ita passage and approval.
