AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICERS OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU TO CONVEY AN EASEMENT TO
ELLA KAUFMAN AND NORMAN E. THIELKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GTRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
5ECTION 1. An Easement six feet by seventy feet, copy of which
is labeled Exhibit A and attached hereto and made a part hereof as though
fully incorporated herein, is hereby given to Ella Kaufman, for and during
her natural life, and to Norman E. Thielking, and the proper officer s of
the City of Cape Girardeau are directed to convey such easement as described
herein and on Exhibit A.
SECTTON 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of May, 1967.
