AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU T O ENTER INT O A CONTRA CT FOR THE
PAVING OF WEST END BOULEVARD FROM COLLEGE 5TREET
TO MISSOURI STATE ROUTE NO. 74
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GTRARDEAU, as follows:
5ECTION 1. The proper afficers of the City of Cape Girardeau
are directed to enter into an agreement dated May 23, 1967, with
Delta Asphalt, Ync. , a corporation of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for
the improvement and paving of West End Boulevard from College
Street to Missouri 5tate Route No. 74, all in accordance with plans,
specifications and estimate of cost now on file in the office of the
City Clerk, for the sum of Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-Eight Dollars and 5eventy-Eight Cents (37, 338. 78), and all
as set out in such contract which is labeled Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof as though fully incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of May, 1967.
