AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF MI550URI ILLINOIS
TRACTOR AND EQU]PMENT CO. , INC. FOR PURCHASE OF ONE
NEW GALION MODEL 104B RO.ADGRADER AND DIRECTING PRO-
PER OFFICIAL5 TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT OF PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO UNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
G]RARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau accepta the proposal of
April 19, 1967, of Missouri Illinois Tractor and Equipment Co. , Inc. to
purchase from such company one new Galion Model 104B Roadgrader for the
low ma..x�mum tota.l cost of Eighty-six Hundred Dollars ($8, 600. 00) in accord-
ance with the proposal of said company.
SECTION' 2. Proper officers of the City of Cape Girardeau are dir�cted
to enter into a contract of purcha.se of said roa.dgrader, which contract is
labeled "Exhibit A" and is attached hereto and ma.de a part hereof as though
fully incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect t�n days after its pas-
sage and approvaL
