AN ORDINANCE TSTABLISHING THE GRADE OF BRINK AVEN� FROM THE CENTER QF
IAUI3 STR�T, AS SAID IAUIS 3TR�T E%ISTS SOUTH OF BRIAIK AVFI�IIIE, TO THE
C�iT�R OF MINNESfl'i'A A�, IN THE CITY C�' CAPE GIRAR�U, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII� OF THE CITY OF CAPE G�U, MISSOURI,
A3 FOI�Lt�S:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter describ�d shall be the grade
Yor the center oY Brink Avenue Prom the center of i.ouia Street, as said Louis
Street e�rists south of Bririk Avenue, to the center of Minnesota Averiue, in
the City cf Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is wit�ireference to Mean Sea LBv�el.
SCCTION 2. Begin at the center of Louis S`treet, as said I,ouis Street
exista south of Br.i.nk Av�enue, with an elevation of 3b3.50; thence east trith
a vertical cur�re a distance of 100 Yeet to an elevation of 363.59; ther�ce
xith an ascending grade cf 3.18 per cent a distance of 170 feet to an elevatioa
of 369.00; thence a diatance of 33.8 Yeet to an elevation oP 369.39 at the
center of Minnesota Avenue.
S�C�ION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following its passage and approvsl.
