CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. ��
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COMMISSION FORM
ORDINANCE NO. 800 AND COMMISSTON FORM
ORDINANCE NO. 1616, RELATING TO THE DIVI5ION
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU INTO DI5TRICTS
FOR STREET PAVING, REPAIRING AND RESURFACING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAPE
GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, as follows:
SECTTON 1. Commissfon Form Ordinance No. 800 and
Commission Form 4rdinance No. 1616 are hereby amended by changing
the division of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, from four diatricts
for street sprinkling, oiling, repairing, aurfacing and resurfacing to two
districts.
SECTION 2. The two districts provided for in 5ection 1 of thia
ordinance are described as follows:
A. District A shall comprise all of that area lying within
the corporate limits of the city of Cape Girardeau,
north of the north right-of-way line of Independence
Street from the East low water mark of the Misaissippi
River to the West boundary of the existing city limits.
B. District B ahall comprise all of the area lying within
the City limits of the City of Cape Girardeau, Miasouri,
lying South of District A.
5ECTION 3. All other provisions of Commission Form Ordinance
No. 800 and Commisaion Form Ordina.nce No. 1616 not amended by this
ordinance, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance ahall take effect ten days after its
passage and approval.
