AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CAPE GIRARDEAU 5TOCK
CAR ASSOCIATTON LEASE �FOR 1967
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTTON 1. The Lease entered into between the City of Cape
Girardeau and the Cape Girardeau Stock Car Associatian, dated April
5, 1967, and the ordina.nce directing the City officials to enter into same
is hereby amended and this ordina.nce is passed in lieu thereof, whereby
the termination date of such lease is changed from October 31, 1967 to
October 31, 1968.
SECTION 2. The officers of the City of Cape Girardeau are
directed and authorized to make such correction on said Lease.
SECTION 3. This ordinance sha.11 ta.ke effect ten days after its
pa s sage and appr oval.
Passed and approved this 19th day of April, 1967.
