AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF BRINK AYEATUE FFiOM THE CENTER
OF KOCH AYPNUE TO THE CFN�EEt OF IAUIS STREET AS SAID LOUIS STREET F�IST3

AS FOLLtkTS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
for the center of Brink Avenne, fro� the center of Koch Av�enne to the center
of Louis Street, as said I�uis Street exists south of Brink Av�nue, in the
City oY Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Mean Sea Le�l.
SECTION 2. Begin at the ex3sting concrete pavement at the center of
Koch Avenue, said point to be knawn as Station 0+�00, with an elevation af
378.99; thence east, xith a descending grade of 1 .2 per cent to an elevation
cf 377.79 at Station 1+00; thence vrith a vertical curve to an ele�ation of
372.55 �t Station 3+00; thence xith a descending grade of 4.04 per cent
to an elevation of 368.51 at S`�ation 4+00; thence with � vertical cur� to
an elev�tion of 365.U0 at Station 5+00; thence with a descending grade of
3.00 per cent to an elevation of 363.50 at Station 5+50.8 at the center of
Louia Street as said Louis Street exists south of Brink Avsnue.
SECTION 3. That �his ordinance shall take �ffect and be in full
force from and after 10 da�ys Yolloxing its passa�e and approval.
