BE IT ORIaAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
S�CTIO�T 1. That the grade as hereinafter deacribed s�►all be the
grade for the center of Melrose Avenne, from the center of Weissinger
Lane, xest, to a point 249.3 feet w�st of the rrest line of W�atwood
Driv�s, in the City of Cape Girardaau, l�issouri, and is xith rePereneae
to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the center of Weissinger Lans xith an elevat-
ion of 443•96; then�ce xest �ri.th a descending grade of 1.1+1+ per cent to
an elevation of 440.29 at the eaisting con�rete pavem�nt at thm east side
of Weatvrood Drive� also, begin at the existing coner�te pavemeat at the
xest side of Westxood Driv�e �rith an eleration oY 43$•32; thence west a
distance of 25 feet to an elevation of 437.5z; thence t�rith a v�ertical
curv�e a distance of 100 feet to an elevation of 432.92; thence with a
descsndir3g grade of 6.56 per cent a distance of 114.3 feet to an
elevation oY 425•�, at a point which is 249•3 feet west of the west
line of Weatxood 8ri�e.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 10 flays follcwing its passage and approqal.
