CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. /c2 ��
AN ORDTNANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU TO ENTER INTO A LEASE WITH THE
CAPE GIRARDEAU 5TOCK CAR ASSOCIATION FOR 1967 _ 1968
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows;
SEGTTCN 1. The lease entered into betv�een the City of Cape
Girardeau and the Cape Girardeau Stock Car Asaociation, dated in September,
1966, and the ordina.nce directing the city officials to enter into Bame, is
hereby voided, and this ordinance i� pa.�aed in lieu thereof.
SECTION 2. The City of Cape Girardeau agrees with the Cape
Girardeau Stock Car Association to allow auch Association to hold races
for stock cars in accordance vrrith the provisione of an agreement to be entered
into in April, 1967, by and between such a�sociation and the City of Cape
Girardeau, Misaauri, which agreement ia attached to this ordinance and made
a part thereQf a� though fully incorporated herein and is labeled Exhibit A.
SECTION 3. The officera of the City of Cape Girardeau are directed
and authorized to execute such agreement labeled Exhibit A for and on behalf
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Misaouri.
SECTTON 4. This a.greement sha.11 ta.ke effect ten da.ys after its
pa.s sage and approval.
