AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CTTY OF C,APE GIR.ARDEAU,
MI550URI, AND J. E. LATTA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
RELATING TO THE CONSTI�UCTXON OF A SEWAGE DISPOSAL PROJECT
IN CAPE GIR.ARDEAU, MIS50URI
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCYL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MLSSOURI, A5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A cert�.in coatract between the City of Cape Girardea.u,
Missouri, and J. E. Latta Construction Company relating to the constr�ction
by J. E. Latta Construction Company for the City of Cape Girardeau, Mis-
souri, of a sewage disposal pro,ject is hereby amended � second time by
substituting the completion date of said sewage disposal pro,ject o£ October
8, 1964, in place of September 8, 1964, so tha.t the said J. E. Latta Con-
struction Compan�r will have until October 8, 1964, to complete its responsi-
bilities under said contract instead of the original date of August 9, 1964,
and the first amended date of September 8, 1964,
Section 2. This ordinance shall ta.ke effect and be in force from
and after ten days from its passage and approval,
Passed and approved this 8th day of September, 1964.
