AN OI�,DINANCE AUTHORrZING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.ARDEAU, ML550URI,AND
THE MISSOURI-PACIFIC LINES RELATING TO THE PURCHASE
OF A 5 T ONE B UILDING
BE XT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCYL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRAR-
DEAU, MI350URY, AS FOLLOWS:
5ection 1 . A certa.in contract hetween the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, and Missou.ri�»Pacific Lines relating to the purchase by the City of
the Houck Building located on property owned by Miasouri-Pacific Lines in
the City of Cape Girardea.u, Missouri, for the susn of $1. 00 and other valuable
considerations is hereby approved and the officers of the City of Cape Girar�-
deau, Miasouri, are authorized to execute said c ontract for and on behalf of
the City.
Section 2. This ordinance sha.11 take effect and be in force from and
after tex� (10) days after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 24th day of .August, 1964.
