AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26. 0� OF THE GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GTRARDEAU RELATING
TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FIRE LIMITS BY INCLUDING
ADDXTIONAL AREA IN THE ESTABLISHED FIRE LIMIT5.
BE zT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CAPE GTR.ARDEAU, MI550URI,
A5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. 5ection 26. 03 of The General Ordina.nces of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to fire limits is hereby amended to
include the limits described as follows:
A line beginning on Pacific 5treet 200 feefi south of
Bloomfield Street and running in a general southwestexly
direction with Bloomfield Street 200 feet south of Bloomfield Street
and parallel therewith to United 5tates Route 61; also, a line 200
feet west of Broadview from U. S. Raxte 61 North to a point 200
feet south of Tndependence Street and thence East to U. 5. Route
61.
5ection 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
