SECTI�N 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall
be the grade for the center of �';issouri Avenue, from the center
of Scott Street to the center of Stoddard �treet, in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Niean Sea
Level.
S�ECTIOPI 2. Begin at the center of Scott Streei: with an
elevation of 454.�0; thence north, with a descending grade of
0.52 � a distance of 200 feet to an elevation of 452•97; thence
with a vertical curve a distance of 100 feet to an elevation
of 1�46.93; thence with a descending grade of 11 .55 � a distance
of 1�0 feet to an elevation of 442.31; thence with a vertical
curve a distance of 40 feet to an elevation of 439.00; thence
a distance of 15 feet tc an elevation of 439•20 at the center
of Stoddard Street.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after 10 days following its passage and
approval.
