AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF LCUIS STREET FRONt THE
SOUTH LINE OF COI�LEGE STREET TO THE EXISTIIdG CONCRETE PAiTEMENT AT
THE NORTH SIDE OF MONTGOMERY STREET IN TI-TE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE Ii O:�DAINED BY THE COUIVCII, OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
riISSOURI, AS FCLLOWS:
,SECTICN 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center of Louis Street from the south line of
College Street to the existin� concrete pavement at the north side
of N.ontgomery Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Miasouri, and
is with reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement at the
south line of College Street with ar� elevation of 379.53; thence
south with a descending grade of U.50 � a distance of 70 feet to
an elevation of 379.18; thence with a vertical curve a distance of
1/�0 feet to an elevation of 370.12; thence with a vertical curve
a distance of 30 feet to an elevation of 368.0$; thence a distance
of 4.8 feet to an elevation of 36$.02 at the existing concrete
pavement on the north side of hioni:gomery Street.
SECTIGN 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after 10 days follawing its passage and approval.
