Nroperly executed by Thomas E1. ?�ovin�;good and Nancy E. Lovinggood,
husband and wife, Por a portion of the northeast part of Lot 8,
Sylvan Acres Second S�bdivision, described as follows:
"B�gin at a point on the east line of Lot S, said point being
50.7 reet north of the southeast corner of Lot 8; thence continue
north along the east line of Lot 8, extended, 62.5 feet to the
north line of Lot �; thence east along the north line of Lot 8, 15.3
feet to a point on a curve havir.►� a radius of 1U0 feet; �thence south
