BE IT ORDASNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C,A,PE
GIR.I�RDE,A,U, MISSOURI, ,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the plat of WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION, a subdivision
of a part of Survey No. 2198 and Fractional Section 25, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, i.n the City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau,
Mis souri, as shown on the original plat of said subdivision, dated the 4th
day of May, 1966, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and the City
Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted and
approved.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by Stovall &
Williams Development Company, by Roberts T. Williams, President, and
Max G. Stovall, Secretary, on the 4th day of May, 1966, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10)
days after its pas sage and approval.
Passed and approved this 1$th day of May, 1966.
