Be it ordained by the council of the City of Capd Girzrdeau, Mi�souri,

SECTIGN 1 . That the atreet sho��rn as "Al1en Streetn on the plat of
Kimmel'g Addition, as sa,id addition is recordad in Plat Book I�o. 3, iri the
la�nd records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, be and the same shall hereafter
be known as Penny Avenue.
