CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NUMBER ��o
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF HOLMES STREET
TO SOUTH PLAZA WAY
WHEREAS, The City of Cape Girardeau, under the provisions of
Commission Form Ordinance Number 2393, established Holmes Street
in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and petition has been filed by
various persons who live on property which faces or abuts on Holmes
Street, and desire to change the name of Holmes Street to South Plaza
Way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Commission Form Ordinance Number 2393 is hereby
amended to cha.nge the name of Holmes Street to South Plaza Way.
5ECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
