CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. �3 _
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF ROLAND LANE TO
W EST W OOD DRIVE
WHEREA5, the City Council Qf the City of Cape Girardeau, Mis souri,
ha.s passed an ordinance accepting Block 2 and Block 3 of Weissinger's Sub-
division, and Roland Lane, which passes between Lot 8, Block 2, and Lot 1,
Block 3 of Weissinger's Subdivision, and
WHEREA5, the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
ha.s also by ordina.nce accepted Westwood Drive, which connects with Roland
Lane and intersects with Perryville Roa.d, and
WHEREAS, Westwoad Drive extends into Rola.nd Lane and such street
ahould ha.ve only one name,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GZRARDEAU, MIS50URI, A5 FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - The City of Cape Girardeau, Miasouri hereby changes the
name of Roland Lane, which is situated between Lot 8, Block 2, and Lot l,
Block 3 of Weissinger's Subdivision, to Westwood Drive.
Section 2. Thia Ordina.nce shall be in full force and effect ten da.ys
after ita passage and appraval.
Passed and approved this 15th day af March, 1966.
