BE IT ORDAINED BY TH;� COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF C1�PE GIRAHDEAU, NiISSOURI, AS
FOLLCI��IS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
for the center li.ne of Bel Air Drive from the south side of the asphalt paveraent
on Cape Rock Drive to the existing concrete pavement at thenorth side of
Bertling Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is With reference
to Mean Sea Level.
SECTICN 2. Begin at a point on the south edge of the asphalt pavement
on Cape Rock Drive with an elevation of 415.3; thence south to a point 11 feet
north of the south line of Cape Rock Drive to an elevation of 415.10; thence
south 11 feet to the south line of Cape Rock Drive, which point for the purpose
of further description shall be known as Sta. U+OU, to an elevation of 415•49;
thence with an ascending grade of 3•5� to an elevation of 423•65 at Sta. 2+33.2,
at the existing concrete pavement; thence with the grade of the existing concrete
pavement to an elevation of 1�29•96 at Sta. 4+49; thence with an ascending grade
of 4•Og� to an elevation of 43�•63 to the existing concrete pavement at Sta. 6+61 .3;
thence with the grade of said pavem�ent to an elevation of 441 .53 at St�. 7+29.33 thence
with an ascending grade of 4.29°� to an elevation of 1�43.�"�: at Sta. 7+g0; thence
wi.th a vertical curve to an elevation of 460.79 at Sta. 9+80; thence with an
ascending grade of 12.79� to an elevation of �.80.G8 at Sta. 11+30.$ at the exist-
ing concrete pavement; thence with the grade of said pave�ent to an elevation of
493.9g at Sta. 12+4U.5; thence with an ascending grade of 12.7g� to an elevation
of 501 •3i at Sta. 12+9$.3 at the existing concrete pave�nt; thence with the
grade of the existing pavement to an elevation of 508.3g at Sta. 13+76.3; thence
to an elevation of 5�g•�+7 at Sta. 12+78•1 ; thence with a vertical curve to a�n
elevation of 5�g•68 at Sta. 13+3�.1; thence with a descending grade of 4.40�
to an elevation of 507•74 at Sta, 13+59.4 at the existing concrete pavement
at the north side of Bertling Street.
SECTION 3. TY�at this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 dags following its passage and approval.
