WILKZNSON AND TO GIYE OPTION TO WAYNE J. WILKINSON TO PURCHASE ADDITI� ONAL REAL ESTATE BY CHANGXNG THE DESCRIPTION OF SUCH REAL ESTATE. WHEREAS, Wayne J. Wilkinsan far and on behalf of himself or a corporation, partnership, person or entity as he znay designate, subject ta the approval of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires to purchase certain real estate owned by the City af Cape Girardeau, Misouri,which real estate is described more fully on E�ibit A attached hereto and made a part �f this ordinance, for the price of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2, 500. DO) per acre, which real estate sha.11 be used by the said Wayne J. WilkinsQn f�r research, development, manufacturing or industrial purposes; and, WHEREA5, the City �f Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires to sell said real estate to the said Wayne �. Wilkinson upon certa.in terms and c�n- ditions set aut m�re fully in an agreement fQr purchase and sale �f real pra» perty, which agareement ie labeled Exhibit B and is attached heretQ gnd made a part of this ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires to give to �he said Wayne J. Wilkinson an option to purchase additional real estate in accordance with the terms of an option to purcha.se real property labeled - Exl3.fbit C which is attached to this ordia.nce and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, Ordina.nce NQ. 2432 was enacted June 2, 1964, authorizing the sale of certain real esta.te to the said Wayne J. Wilkinson and the said Wayne J. Wilkinson n�w desires to purchase other real estate owned by the City and to abandon the purchase of the real estate authorized by Ordinance N'o. 2432, as said real estate is not adequate for his purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDA�NED BY THE CITY COUNCzL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MXSSOURI, AS FOLLOW5: SEQION 1.
